the location is excellent, near the seafront. the restaurant offers quality food. all staff members provided friendly, helpful service.

The family room park view had comfortable beds, the bathroom had loose floor tiles. It requires maintenance. the air con fan was quite loud, it made restful sleep difficult. the provided water was a simple, cute touch.

voss watertea facility
check in was easy and i received a room facing the pleasure beach. balmain toiletries were available for use . coffee and tea making facilities were restocked daily. the fridge was stocked with voss water which was restocked daily.
There was no extra bin in the bedroom and seating area. There was only one in the dressing area and bathroom.

Underwhelming Stay, Noise Issues and Apathetic Staff
poor soundproofinguncaring staff
The noise levels were unacceptable. I could hear every footstep from the room above at all hours. The staff did not seem to care much when I mentioned the issue at checkout. Their lack of concern was frustrating. They processed the payment without any real interest in my experience.
